This conference brings researchers and
practitioners in the field of integrated care together in order to
exchange knowledge and experiences and to generate new ideas, new research
and new projects on integrated care. Both researchers and practitioners
are invited to present their current or latest research results and
projects.
Part of the conference takes place in the
inspiring setting of the Palais de l'Europe in Strasbourg where the
Council of Europe is seated. The event starts on Friday 8 February at 9.30
am and ends on Saturday 9 February at 13.00 hours.

related research or project, please contact IJIC's managing editor, s.helfferich@library.uu.nl
Send in your abstract of 200 words max,
accompanied by your resume. Presentations are scheduled for approximately
20 minutes.
