The fifth conference on integrated care

The fifth Conference on Integrated Care will be held on 20–1 February 2004 in Birmingham (UK). The conference is organised by the International Journal of Integrated Care, in co-operation with the Health Services Management Centre of the University of Birmingham and the WHO European Office for Integrated Health Care Services, Barcelona.
