HL7 international working group meeting in Holland, 1–6 MayFrom The largest-ever HL7 Meeting outside USA is being held in the Netherlands 1-6 May 2005. More than 400 delegates are expected from all over the world to the first HL7 Working Group Meeting to be held on the European continent. Mark Shafarman, the chair of HL7 said: "This meeting is a groundbreaking and very exciting opportunity to gather information and exchange ideas with an ever larger number of international stakeholders." All HL7 Technical Committees (TCs) and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) will meet with more than 30 separate committee meetings. The extensive educational program includes tutorials on HL7 Version 3, CDA, Clinical Statements, Electronic Health Records, Templates, XML and HL7 Tools. .
