This *DRAFT* document is available for download for anyone who wishes to comment on the current version. This draft was prepared by Eike Kluge taking into account the results of a workshop at medinfo2001 on an earlier version of this draft.

Please study this draft and send any comments you have to both Eike Kluge (email: ekluge@uvic.ca) and Ab Bakker (email: bakker@addabit.demon.nl) by December 15, 2001 at the latest.

After processing your comments, the next version of the draft will be sent to all IMIA members and it will be posted on the IMIA website.

Comments received in that round will be processed resulting in a version to be offered for endorsement by the IMIA AGM in 2002.
