Open Archive
opportunities for developing countries
From HIF-net at WHO

Archive Initiative and associated institutional e-print servers hold
opportunities for the global distribution of research literature. The
Electronic Publishing Trust for Development has prepared a document
to inform scientists and scholarly publishers in the developing world
about these developments.
For those interested in finding out more
about these developments, the document "Open Archive Opportunities
for Developing Countries" may be read at http://www.epublishingtrust.org
