RIP Bill is passed and present

A Home Office spokesman this morning confirmed the 'Snooping Bill' has finally been passed by Parliament. The Bill arrived back in the Commons yesterday after passing through the House of Lords, where amendments were made to some of the contentious issues that had raised protests from businesses and civil rights lobbyists.
