amaze me how the EU has managed to disperse its
Web sites so much that I always find it difficult
to get to the information I need quickly.
This short guide
to the various EU sites that are relevant to
health informatics aims to guide you quickly
through the EU maze.
The
abbreviations explained:

CORDIS: Community Research and
Development Information Service

The sites:
- EU main site: Europa

The main EU server covering all
institutions. The site carries
news, policies, institutions, documents
and the multilingual official public
information.
- CORDIS

CORDIS carries everything on R&D and
industrial policies, call for tenders,
projects, partners, publications, events
and the 4th and 5th Framework focus
- I'M
Europe

Site for DGXIII, Info2000, TAPand
TEN.
The TAP pages carry calls, events,
documents, guidelines, model contract and
various forms.
- ISPO

This site carries all material from DGIII
and XIII on the 'Information Society',
calls, projects, the G7 projects and GIP
(Global Inventory Project).
